Based off your inspo pics/descriptions/references, I design and put together the character. This covers time put in to make the design, and your rights to the design.All character sheets are flat color with simple shading.

Terms of Service
Completing the payment transaction for the commission acknowledges that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.Process:
The artist will provide a sketch images to the client for edits and approval based on reference images or descriptions sent by the client. 100% of payment is required after approval before the artist finishes the work. After the artist has finished the commission, the client is allowed one free set of edits. Large changes that could have been noted in the sketch phase will cost extra edit fees.If the commission is time sensitive, the artist and client must explicitly agree on a deadline before beginning the commission. There may be an extra fee for commissions with a short deadline. Artist’s estimations of a time frame to finish are not considered deadlines.The final commission will be emailed to the client in .jpeg and .png format. Other formats available on request. The client does not have a right to the .psd, .sai, or .csp files.Payment:
Full payment must be made before receiving the finished commission through PayPal invoices. The client may not pay marked as a “gift”. Payment must be given in US dollars.For commissions totalling more than $150.00, payment plans may be negotiated.Usage Rights:
All commissioned work are non-commercial. By commissioning the artist’s work, the client is purchasing only the artist’s labor. The artist retains full rights to all work produced under this commission contract, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a fully drafted and signed contract.By commissioning the artist, the client agrees that the artist has permission to draw the client’s characters/intellectual properties for this piece, but not for any commercial work unless agreed upon by the artist and client. The artist does not claim ownership of any intellectual properties unless otherwise stated.The artist retains full rights to all images produced and may post art online, in portfolios, and elsewhere. If a client wishes the commissioned work not to be posted online, that can be arranged. If a client wishes to remain anonymous, that can be arranged.The client is never allowed to claim the commissioned work done as their own. The client may not use the commissioned work commercially unless previously agreed upon in a fully drafted and signed contract. Non-commercial uses (for non-profit) must be discussed beforehand to confirm no profit will be made. The client may not edit, alter, or trace a commission without the artist’s explicit permission.Refunds and cancellations:
There are no refunds for completed work.If a refund is required before finishing the commission, there will be a moderate fee for services already rendered. If only the sketch has been completed, the fee will be 25% of the full commission cost. If the work has been completed further than the sketch the fee will be 50% of the commission cost.In the case of a previously agreed on deadline, should the artist not meet the required deadline, the commissioner may request either a half-refund and receive the commissioned work late, or a whole-refund and not receive the commissioned work.The artist holds the right to cancel or refund a commission at any time due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse.Subject matter:
Anyone under the age of 13 is forbidden to commission the artist.Anyone under the age of 18 is forbidden to contact the artist for any commissions involving nudity, sexual content, or overly suggestive content. By commissioning the artist for the aforementioned content, the client confirms they are above the age of 18. The client acknowledges that they are forbidden to share the aforementioned content with anyone under the age of 18. The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if at any point there is reason to suspect a client under the age of 18 is attempting to purchase NSFW content.
